| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate above half the MCL DETAILS: This system was informed in December 2010 it needed to switch to quarterly nitrate testing beginning with the 1st quarter 2011. This test represents the fourth test over a year long period. The system has been informed that it can switch back to annual nitrate sampling but that the test must be taken specifically in the 1st quarter of each calendar year as this was the quarter with the highest test results. ACTION NEEDED: Return to annual sampling, 1st quarter of each year | ||
