| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Followup DETAILS: I called Ms Bailey to followup on 2008 Plan Review (PR #155-2008). The plan review was initiated to address two storage tanks that were observed during the April 2008 WSS - but had not been reviewed. Ms Bailey indicated that they no longer use the spring source - that they had drilled a well in 2010, and now had the well, a wellhouse and a storage tank that comprised the water system. I explained that all must be reviewed and that we would do that using the 2008 plan review request. She indicated that Bandon Pump and Well had drilled the well, but was unable to find any detailed information. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate well and components of system with installers, submit well evaluation to Springfield, and complete plan review. | ||
