| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli and coliform alert DETAILS: Met with system operator in the field on morning of 12/19/11. Reviewed the situation issued a boil water notice, this was faxed and received by the state on 12/19/11 and developed a strategy for shock chlorination the system. The system will shock chlorinate the system beginning around 6pm tonight. The calculations were done for the storage tanks and need 1 gallon bleach per tank. Additional tests will be taken to determine if the shock chlorination worked. More follow up needed to be continued ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
