| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive routine sample DETAILS: Spoke with Kenneth regarding routine E. coli positve sample on March 1st from a sample tap located in the pressure tank building. He noted this as the closest sample tap to the wellhead and it was recently installed. I advised that he notify all on-site personnel of potential water quality issue and to collect four repeat samples on Monday, including the original site. He will contact the county health department for additional consultation. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with water system/county on results of repeat sampling. | ||
