Details:	SUMMARY: Operator inquired about receiving a mailed violation notice DETAILS: Scott called because he got a postcard for monitoring/reporting violation(s). Looking at their online record, it said today that they had a violation for non-reporting of asbestos (due in 2010), and one for arsenic (due in 2011). Chuck Michael of the database team in Portland informed me that OIT got the asbestos violation because the results of their 2010 sample were received late (not till the end of Feb 2011). Chuck also explained that the violation for not submitting enough arsenic samples in 2011 (17 instead of 18) was a mistake (the date on one sample was entered incorrectly), and Chuck had taken care of that today. The violation for arsenic reporting will be removed tonight.Meanwhile, Scott and I discussed scheduling the OIT system survey, due in 2012. He suggested coming in the spring, because they plan to make some system upgrades in the coming months, and he would like to have our survey results to play into their plans. ACTION NEEDED: No further actions are needed for the violations. One has been resolved and removed-- the other (for late submittal) will sit on their record until it is RTCed.
