| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform from Dec.21, 2012 sample DETAILS: Spoke with Dan and he was out of time at the time of the need for resample due to the holiday. He is taking the repeats today to include one from the well. He is aware of the need to take the five temporary routine samples sometime this month. He does have plans to install a sample tap in the distribution system that is appropriate for sampling since the bathrooms are single lever and the kitchen is a swivel faucet. He does believe that is the reasons for the positive samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and fie temporary routine samples in October. | ||
