Details: SUMMARY: follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: Contacted Jan about triggered sample taken but labeled as in dist-A. Emailed Chuck M and asked him to change it to SRC-AA and remove the violations. I checked the website and it now shows the sample was taken from SRC and the violation was removed. ACTION NEEDED: none
