Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up corrective action plan DETAILS: No Emergency Response Plan (ERP) or Operations & Maintenance (OM) manual. I contacted operator on 1`/25/12 and he had not completed either of these items. I again sent him the documents via email. I explained that I had to put him on a Corrective Action Plan. We agreed he would get me the completed documents by 3/1/12 ACTION NEEDED: none
