| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Called for Michael Brown about taking the 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and taking 5 routine samples next month. Contacted Gina Plantz via email who is property manager and told her about taking 5 routine samples next month. I was notified by Gina that Delta is getting the repeat samples and he knows what to do next month. 1/23/12 Contacted Gina and notified her of implementing and posting g Tier 2 public notice along with notifying residents of the coliform bacteria by February 17, 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Collect at least 5 routine samples during February. Awaiting results. Additionally required to post and notify residents of the Tier 2 notice for coliform | ||
