| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to arsenic alert DETAILS: Mike is aware of the arsenic levels and he said he has done everything he can to get the loan application moving and has a projected date to install treatment in August 2012. Date will depend on loan approval. He will send an updated public notice for arsenic. Recommended that Mike speak with Brad Daniels, compliance officer, to work out issues at the state level regarding the lead and copper issues. Mike said he would give Brad a call.
