Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate at 9.7 8/29/11 DETAILS: System will need to be on a quarterly sampling schedule. This sample was reported almost 4 months after sample date in August. The system has two labs taking nitrate samples to confirm high levels. The system has another sample over the mcl in September. I performed a field visit at that point to let them know to take a follow up sample immediately and have the service company find out what is wrong with the treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: System will need to sample as there wasnt a follow up sample reported to the state after the result over 10
