| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed nitrate sampling DETAILS: I called Mr. Surma because there hasnt been any response following the Notice of Non-Compliance mailed November 16, 2011. Mr. Surma stated that he was sure that he collected a sample and submitted it to the laboratory. Based on sample results, what may have happened is that a sample was collected, but alayzed for coliform instead of nitrate. Mr. Surma stated that he would collect a sample in the next couple of days and submit it to Neilson Research for analysis. ACTION NEEDED: Check nitrate sampling results on 3/13/2012 | ||
