| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: I contacted Jim to let him know that well #1 since August 31, 2011. He believed that they had samples since then. He will check his records and fax any sample results to this office. I let him know he will need to sample & report in the 1st quarter ASAP to resolve the violation. He said he would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for current sample results for system to return to compliance | ||
