| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 5 temporary routines were taken this month and one of the samples was positive. It was the one marked source sample from the well head, all the other distribution samples were coliform negative. There was an issue with the source sample--all 5 should have bee taken out of distribution. There has been a request to change the submitted source sample to an assessment sample and one more temporary routine is needed for the system before the end of the month. I that sample comes back clean the system is back to one sample per month. Weather to transport samples has been an issue during this time frame. ACTION NEEDED: One sample for January, submit the sample as a temporary routine taken in distribution, reclassify the well sample as a source sample. Operator may want to pull special sample from will head to track this sample site to see if it may be a poor site. | ||
