| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation for violation DETAILS: I called Steve at Always Pure Water Co. His company is served by this well and he is helping Les who owns the property and water system. He said they sampled for coliform, arsenic and nitrate in October 2011. I let him know to check with the lab. The system was new and at the time a system number had not been issued. The lab had not sent in the data. The lab has sent in the data to the state on this date. Steve said he would be sure to get a 1st quarter coliform and take the 2012 nitrate sample as well to resolve the violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and return to compliance violation | ||
