| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone consultation while system preparing response to survey findings DETAILS: Dan phoned to make sure they were on the right track as they prepare a letter responding to our survey findings. Dan is a recent hire, a maintenance supervisor, who will support Steve Scopelleti and Jim (plant operator). Dan has been researching ways to address/document the tracer study and DIT significant deficiencies, and Jim has started working with a member of their interpretative staff to prepare a user-friendly O&M manual. ACTION NEEDED: Await response letter with their corrective action plan. | ||
