| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli confirmaton in source water DETAILS: Spoke to Josh regarding five confirmation samples collected 3/7/12 from the well: one E. coli positive and the other four total coliform positive. He will prepare and forward a site map showing facilities and provide proximities to sanitary hazards for geologists well evaluation, in addition to taking corrective action. Notified county to conduct a site visit next week. Water system will remain on boil water notice until evaluation is complete. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to receive informaton from water system for well evaluation. | ||
