| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive repeat coliform DETAILS: 4 repeats positive including both wells. Called Gary and discussed public notice and shock chlorination. Emailed Gary public notice templates with instructions to fill out distribute and get me a copy. Also emailed "How to chlorinate a well" sheet and instructions to add 1/2 cup bleach mixed with water to well AA and 1 cup bleach mixed with water to well BA for approximately 50ppm. Once chlorinated and flushed take at least two extra repeats, one from each well, to make sure chlorine fixed problem. ACTION NEEDED: Complete and distribute public notice within 24 hours. Shock system and take repeat verification samples to ensure corrected. Will need 5 temporary routines in February. | ||
