| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey (SS) follow up DETAILS: Called jerry and discussed progress on correcting crack in well slab, open casing and dog house cover. She said these corrections had been made a couple months ago and she left me a message. I suggested I make a field visit and take pictures the next time I am out that way, perhaps March. She said a new slab and dog house have been installed. ACTION NEEDED: I will make field visit ASAP to verify and submit Deficiency follow up report. | ||
