| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 routine arsenic samples above MCL for 4th quarter DETAILS: James Nusrala sent me complete copies of the public notice for the homes that exceeded the MCL. I delivered the notices to Jim Larson on this date. He indicated that the notices would be distributed later that day. He let me know the filters must have reached the maximum life span and would be replaced. I said the homes need to have the filter replaced need to have follow up samples after the maintenance has been performed. This sampling needs to be done to be sure the new units are working properly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond as necessary | ||
