| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine total coliform sample 12/14/11 DETAILS: I sent sampling protocol to jerry and I discussed water sampling under the groundwater rule. 4 repeats will be needed in the distribution system as well as a triggered source sample at the active well. Jerry indicated that well #1 is the only active well due to pump failure. I let him know the system will need to take 5 temporary routine samples for January/ ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sample results and respond if necessary. | ||
