| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 12/7/11 DETAILS: I contacted Magar about total coliform sample. I let him know he needs to take triggered source samples at each well head. I also let him know to take 4 repeats in the distribution system. He said he would be sure the samples get taken. I also let him know to make sure the chlorinator is functioning properly. I reminded him to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
