Details:	SUMMARY: Investigation of Priority Non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: System has had a number of different owners over the past couple of years. The system past due for coliform and nitrate sampling. I contacted Ed to ask him about sampling for the system. Ed took over ownership of the restaurant and mobile unit in 11/11 and at that time I let him know to sample for coliform and nitrate. He indicated he had and that he would contact the lab. He called me back to let me know that samples had been taken in to Alexin early December 2011 but the lab didnt report the sample as he hadnt signed the release for the lab to send the results to the state. I let him know that hell want to send in the results from the 4th quarter but he needs to sample for both coliform and nitrate in the 1st quarter ASAP to be back in compliance. He indicated he will contact the lab to take samples or his wife will take samples into the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results to return to compliance the violations to get system score back under 11
