| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of Priority Non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: I contacted Jim to let him know the state had not received coliform sample results since 10/2011 repeat samples of which 2 samples were total coliform positive giving them an MCL for total coliform in the third quarter since the routine sample was from September 26, 2011. There were no samples submitted for 4th quarter. I let Jim know that routine sample is needed right away because there hasnt been any samples since the MCL. I also let him know that I need a copy of the public notice as we never received a copy. He said he would get me a copy of the public notice. He also said he would get a routine sample taken right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and respond as necessary to resolve the PNC | ||
