| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Visited with Don and Judy in field on 2/21/12 to complete a sanitary survey. At this time the system had already completed the ERP plan, hence the ERP was reviewed for completion during the survey itself. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections (such as placing a lock on the main door to the well house). The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
