Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint - loss of positive pressure DETAILS: Mary called me around 10 am on 3/21 to report she has had no service pressure since Noon on 3/20. Indicated neighbors also without water. I provided system contacts phone number to her, indicated I would follow up with system contact to address problem, and indicated that she should boil water until further notice. She indicated problem is recurring and she has not had much luck getting a response from system contacts over the phone. She asked about laws requiring systems to provide service after a set period of users being without water, and I mentioned I was not aware of any. ACTION NEEDED: DWP has called system operator, shortly after phone call with Mary, and he will be providing notification to all impacted users in the early afternoon today (3/21), and following established procedures for restoring service due to service outage. DWP to continue to provide support. |
