Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Operator called in regards to sampling violation. Operator thought they had taken nitrate sample in 2011. Talked with operator and called Magic Valley labs. Confirmed with Magic Valley no sample had been submitted. Talked with operators to let them know to go ahead and sample for this years sample. ACTION NEEDED: none
