| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution for Priority Non complier (PNC) DETAILS: System has PNC status following an acute MCL for Ecoli on June 13, 2011. Worked with system throughout summer and system has installed continuous chlorine and is currently maintaining a residual of approximately .4mg/L. System has had 4 absent samples July, August and October. ACTION NEEDED: Continue recording daily chlorine residual and submit log by the 10th of each month. Also, take and record chlorine in distribution twice weekly. Continue to take quarterly routine bacteria samples and include chlorine residual on lab slip. | ||
