Details:	SUMMARY: Left message regarding delinquent sampling DETAILS: Mike called and left a message stating that the park is in Escrow, but that samples would be collected soon. A pending sale doesnt explain why nitrate samples havent been submitted since 2008 or coliform samples since early 2010. In any event, Mike listed several laboratories and stated that a contract would be established to ensure sampling is completed regularly and on time. I returned Mikes call and left a message suggesting he have the lab report results directly if possible. I also asked that Mike call and let the Program know as soon as he has samples submitted to a lab for analysis. ACTION NEEDED: Proceed with assessing civil penalties if no response by early or mid-April or if samples have not been submitted to a laboratory by that time.
