| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit public notice DETAILS: I spoke with Ray regarding the violation and informed him it would be returned to compliance with the submittal of the next routine coliform sample. After hearing from Chuck Michael I emailed Ray regarding sending me a copy of the October 2011 notice or if one wasnt posted/copy wasnt made, then I instructed Ray to post a new one for seven days and email a copy to me. 2/8/12 I received a copy of the public notice from Ray and forwarded it to Chuck Michael at the state.
