| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Ken regarding failing to submit 4th quarter coliform and Ken informed me he will submit a coliform sample ASAP. Later, Ken emailed me sample results of a 4th quarter coliform. The system number and name were incorrect on the lab form. I advised Ken to call Chuck Michael to see if the violation can be overturned. 2/17/12 - Chuck Michael sent an email notification the violation has been removed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
