| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation lead & copper/nitrate DETAILS: Met with operator to do a survey. Discovered the system population has been reduce from 32 to 18 changing the system from a NTNC to a state system. We discussed the lead alert from 2010. The 90th percentile was 0.0275 mg/L. One site was high and it was the womens restroom at 0.0498 mg/l. The facility only has one female employee who rarely uses the restroom due to the fact she primarily works out in the field. In the survey documents I explained that no further action would be required at this time. If the system was still a NTNC I would ask for that site to be invalidated. I also told them they missed doing their 2011 nitrate sample. They said they would do it ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of nitrate sample to show up on state website. | ||
