| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform detection DETAILS: This sample was incorrectly reported initially of Cascade union Jr/Sr High by the system operator. Dan called and said the detection was at West Stayton Elementary. I informed Dan a public notice is required along with 5 temporary routine samples in February. Dan is also going to take a SRC triggered sample from the well since this was missed after the initial routine detection. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on rotuine samples and public notice | ||
