| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Called Charlie about the missing 3rd quarter routine coliform test and asked him to follow up and get the test reported if it was taken or get the 4th quarter test done ASAP. 10/28/11- I followed up with Alexin Lab and they admitted missing reporting it. They did report it on 10/27/11. 4th quarter sample taken on 12/19/11 and received by the state on 12/27/11. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
