| Details: | ODA has determined that a plan review for the water system is not required to get the firm setup as a PWS. The well was drilled in 1977. Vines for the vineyard were planted in 1972 and opened for public tasting in 1977 by founder and owner at the time, Dick Troon. In 2002, the old buildings were demolished and replaced with the buildings at the facility today. The current tasting room building was opened to the public in 2003. The firm is aware that should any changes to the water system happen that they would need to go through plan review for those changes. | ||
