| Details: | SUMMARY: EDB alert DETAILS: Received a call from James Nusrala regarding the 1/30/12 sample results of 0.00012mg/L. State rules will require the posting of a Tier 2notice by February 15 to inform all users of the current exposure. The Tier 2 notice must have a copy sent to the state within 10 days of issuing the notice. The notice will need to be poster until all major changes have gone through plan review been approved and installed. Please review the notice template, post it by February 15, then send a copy to the state. A written Corrective Action Plan to return the system to compliance will need to be sent to the Department of Ag by May 1, 2012. ACTION NEEDED: Post Tier 2 notice at all drinking water access sites, listing the exceedence values for EDB health issues and the time frame regarding the sample results by 2/15/12 | ||
