Details:	SUMMARY: Discuss Ethylene Dibromide (EDB) DETAILS: February 6 Margaret Townsend discussed the issue with the well on different lot, that the EDB samples had been mislabeled, were to be used for the running yearly average, that the drinking water was from the city of Fairview. The current survey and past surveys did not provide any information regarding this supply. It has been requested for the system to provide records regarding flow, purchase of city water and meter readings. Currently the system is researching a treatment system for the well and the tier 2 notice has been put on hold until further information ACTION NEEDED: I received an email from margaret stating a new filter system is in the works for the EDB.Discussions are moving forward to a resolution of the MCL violation.
