| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Michelle by phone and email about need for 4 repeats within 24 hours. One at same sample site, one upstream and one downstream of original sample site and one at the source. Take 5 routine samples next month ACTION NEEDED: If repeats are positive a tier 2 public notice will need to be distributed to users. Templates are on the state website. Send a copy to the state. System will need to be evaluated for the cause of the problem. If 4 repeats are negative and 5 routines are negative , return to normal monthly monitoring. UPDATE: Had to call Michelle back because discovered they had already done repeats and they were positive. So had them do a triggered sample per Daniel Hough. Apparently Daniel had spoken to them earlier. | ||
