Details:	SUMMARY: Posted public notice and sent in last test results DETAILS: The system per the letter and email request, has posted a tier 2 notice for exceedence of the MCL for Ethylend Dibromide (EDB). The last EDB test result was also supplied by the testing service. The system is required to keep the notice up for 7 days and complete a plan review for the treatment. The state is in discussion with the water treatment service to approve a treatment system. This appears to be the only system in Oregon that will be treating for EDB ACTION NEEDED: Keep tier 2 notice posted for 7 days and complete the plan review for the removal of EDB
