| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: 2/13/12 routine coliform positive. Received call from lab of positive result and questions regarding how to label the repeat triggered source sample since the contributing well was an Avion well (HA) not listed as a source for Roats. Called Mike and discussed. All 4 repeats had already been taken. 2/16/12 All 4 repeats absent. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in March. Develop coliform sampling plan to include all sources including shared sources with Avion and repeat sampling protocol to include triggered source sampling based on pressure zone and location of positive. Submit schematic showing how parrell rd well (HA) is intertied to system. | ||
