| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to E. Coli source sample DETAILS: Spoke with Box R Lab on 3/30 about the positive result. She was sending the system extra bottles for confirmation sampling. The system has UV treatment. A routine sample collected at the same time was absent for bacteria. Spoke with Scott on 4/2 and he will be confirming with the operator on the 5 confirmation samples and also routine sample. We also discussed the scenarios on any confirmation positive samples from the well. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 5 confirmation raw source samples on 4/2 and another routine sample (post UV treatment). Further action will be based on the results. | ||
