| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to 2 positive temporary routine samples DETAILS: System had collected 5 temporary routine samples and 2 of these samples came back as total coliform positive. I had assisted the water system in a disinfection of the well and piping prior to the sample collection. I told Barbara to treat the water again with the clorox bleach I had left in the well building and run the water well. System is to take 3 repeat and 1 source sample on 4/9/12. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect the system and take repeat samples on 4/9. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
