| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Discussed possible sources of contamination of water. Dave said a beetle was found in the tap and tap was rarely used. He did not flush it well before sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples right away, one at the contaminated site used for routine. Need to take a triggered source sample at the well. Dave has no tap on well prior to chlorination. He well take the four repeats, shut down chlorine, get the unchlorinated sample, then disinfect well. I emphasized the need for following protocol to the T when taking coliform samples. | ||
