| Details: | SUMMARY: All 4 repeat samples positive for coliform DETAILS: Discussed possible sources of contamination of water. Well construction which does not appear to have any deficiencies. Mentioned the fact that road construction might be looked into as a possible problem to distribution piping. Assisted in completing public notice. Advised on sanitizing well and distribution system. Check on integrity of system. Then will need to take 5 samples this month for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice tier 2 exceeds mcl for coliform. Determine system problem, repair if necessary, sanitize well, take 5 routine samples this month. | ||
