| Details: | SUMMARY: One temporary routine positive of five taken 10/31/11 DETAILS: Peggy actually contacted me prior to me receieing the alert. She had received the positive rreport and wanted to let me know she had touched the inside of the sample bottle lik but was in a hurry to get to an appt. She submitted sample anywar. She said she would retake the temporary routine sample right away. She submitted sample on November 2nd and called me on the 3rd to confirm it was negative for coliform. After the first round of positives, Peggy had the well seal replaced and the well disinfected and flushed. She anticipates no more problems. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice may be removed. Submit routine coliform sample for 1st quarter in 2012. | ||
