| Details: | SUMMARY: No nitrate nomitored in 2011 DETAILS: spoke with mike Powell who took over for Bernard Morris and is new contact on system. Filed system change form. Mike referred me to Don Compton 541-267-6395 who actually takes the drinking water samples. Don said he checked records and did not take the 2011 nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Don will take nitrate on 2/22/12 and submit for 2012. This will return system to compliance. | ||
