| Details: | Dave stated that he took a source sample from new well on Nov 5th that is absent and online. Unfortunately, he had it labeled as routine instead of assessment. I have asked that he have the lab change that. He will then take a distribution sample for fourth quarter before the end of the year. Dave also confirmed that the new and old wells were disconnected as planned, this work was completed the end of September, he said around the 20th. I believe that is all you needed to complete the final approval, provided information to Carrie Gentry. | ||
