| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Phone contact with operator regarding non reporting. It appears that nitrates were overlooked in 2011. Operator marked the source of the last bacT sample incorrectly , it was actually taken at the guard shack. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to schedule nitrates for 2012 in the next 3 weeks and will submit results to the state. I will try to get source water monitoring reversed since the system was only using one source (BA) well 3 through out the year so when the positive samples happened this spring/summer only one well was being used. | ||
