| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up non reporting DETAILS: Operation failed to report nitrates and lead and copper for 2011. I spoke with Melvin and he did confirm testing was not done. Nitrate samples are scheduled to be pulled 2/16/12 the lead and copper sample sill have to wait until June - September 2012. ACTION NEEDED: System will return to compliance when nitrate testing had been submitted. | ||
