Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up regarding nitrates DETAILS: Nitrates results were not reported for 2011. I contacted the operator and he thought they were done. He will check records and send if they can be located. Jerry said he pulled nitrate samples for 2012 on 2-14-12 ACTION NEEDED: Report results of 2012 to the state, check last years data for 2011 nitrate results and submit data if it can be found.
